Scripts and Referral

If you need a script or referral you must ring to make an appointment. If there are no appointments with your doctor another doctor here can assist you with these.

Weekend Fees

  • There is no bulk billing available on weekends or public holidays for any patient
  • Please check our notice boards or ask our receptionists
  • Pensioners and children under 16 are bulk billed on weekdays ONLY.
  • Students over 16 and Health Care cardholders are charged a concession rate on weekdays.
  • Rates for weekends and public holidays are higher than weekday rates.
  • DVA patients are always billed to DVA.

Other Items


  • The cost of procedures varies with the type of procedure and complexity. Please ensure you enquire about all costs prior to the procedure.
  • Full body Skin check needs a minimum of 20 minutes appointment and will be charged at the rate of long private consultation (see above rate).
  • We ask that all accounts are settled on the day via Eftpos, Visa, Master Card or cash.
  • If you have registered your bank account details with Medicare, the rebate can be sent directly to your bank account via Medicare Online. If you have not registered your details with Medicare, you can do so on their website. Alternatively, we can provide you with the paperwork you need to access this service.
  • Work Cover and TAC patients will be charged private fees and will need to claim the cost of consultations back from their employer, Work Cover insurer or TAC. In some situations, this may result in a gap between our fees and the amount refunded by the employer/Work Cover insurer/TAC.

Non attendance Policy:


  • Due to the general shortage of GP appointments there is a fee for non-attendance when no prior notification is given
  • If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate timely notification on 9569 0688 (minimum 2 hours)
  • Notification ensures the appointment can be offered to a patient on our waiting list
