Do you accept new patients?
Yes. We warmly welcome new patients at Chadstone Road Clinic. You may book your first appointment conveniently online or by calling our reception team directly.
Which suburbs do you service?
Our clinic welcomes patients from Ashwood and the surrounding suburbs, including Murrumbeena, Oakleigh, Carnegie, Hughesdale, Ashburton, Glen Iris, Caulfield, Glen Huntly, Ormond, East Bentleigh, Huntingdale, Mount Waverley, and further afield.
Do you bulk bill patients?
Bulk billing is provided for pensioners and children under 16. Students and healthcare cardholders may also be eligible for concession rates. We are open on Saturdays and offer the same rates as on weekdays.
Are there flu vaccine discounts available?
Yes. School-age children may receive their flu vaccine at no cost, and their parents are welcome to do the same at half price. We also run a dedicated flu clinic in the lead-up to flu season, with flexible appointment times to make it as easy as possible for the whole family to stay protected.
Is it possible to book a longer appointment for multiple concerns?
Yes. If you have multiple health concerns you would like to discuss, we encourage you to request a longer appointment at the time of booking so that your GP has enough time to address each issue thoroughly.
