Do you accept new patients?
Yes. Chadstone Road Clinic is pleased to welcome new patients. You are welcome to book your first appointment online or by contacting our friendly reception team by phone.
What locations do you service?
We support patients from Glen Huntly and a number of surrounding suburbs, including Murrumbeena, Oakleigh, Carnegie, Hughesdale, Ashburton, Ashwood, Glen Iris, Caulfield, Ormond, East Bentleigh, Huntingdale, Mount Waverley, and beyond.
Is bulk billing available?
Bulk billing is provided for pensioners and children under 16. Students and healthcare cardholders may also be eligible for concession rates. We are open on Saturdays and offer the same rates as on weekdays.
Do you have any flu vaccine offers?
Yes. School-age children are welcome to receive their flu vaccine at no cost, and their parents may do the same at half price. We run a dedicated flu clinic in the lead-up to flu season, with a range of flexible appointment times available to accommodate the whole family.
Can I request a longer appointment if I have multiple concerns?
Yes. If you have a number of concerns you would like to discuss, we suggest requesting a longer appointment when booking to ensure your GP has sufficient time to attend to each one.
