Are new patients welcome?
Yes. We warmly welcome new patients at Chadstone Road Clinic. You may book your first appointment conveniently online or by calling our reception team directly.
Which suburbs do you service?
We support patients from Carnegie and a number of surrounding suburbs, including Murrumbeena, Oakleigh, Hughesdale, Ashburton, Ashwood, Glen Iris, Caulfield, Glen Huntly, Ormond, East Bentleigh, Huntingdale, Mount Waverley, and beyond.
Do you offer bulk billing?
We bulk bill pensioners and children under 16. Concession rates are also available for students and healthcare cardholders. We are open on Saturdays and offer the same rates as weekdays.
Do you offer any flu vaccination deals?
Yes. School-age children are welcome to receive their flu vaccine at no cost, and their parents may do the same at half price. We run a dedicated flu clinic in the lead-up to flu season, with a range of flexible appointment times available to accommodate the whole family.
Can I request a longer appointment if I have multiple concerns?
Yes. If you have a number of concerns you would like to discuss, we suggest requesting a longer appointment when booking to ensure your GP has sufficient time to attend to each one.
