Do you accept new patients?
Yes. Chadstone Road Clinic is pleased to welcome new patients. You are welcome to book your first appointment online or by contacting our friendly reception team by phone.
What locations do you service?
We support patients from Ormond and a number of surrounding suburbs, including Murrumbeena, Oakleigh, Carnegie, Hughesdale, Ashburton, Ashwood, Glen Iris, Caulfield, Glen Huntly, East Bentleigh, Huntingdale, Mount Waverley, and beyond.
Do you offer bulk billing?
Bulk billing is provided for pensioners and children under 16. Students and healthcare cardholders may also be eligible for concession rates. We are open on Saturdays and offer the same rates as on weekdays.
Are there flu vaccine discounts available?
Yes. School-age children may receive their flu vaccine at no cost, with their parents welcome to do the same at half price. We also hold a dedicated flu clinic ahead of flu season, offering flexible appointment times to help make it as convenient as possible for the whole family.
Can I book an extended appointment if I have several health concerns?
Yes. Should you have several matters you would like to raise, we recommend booking a longer appointment to allow your GP adequate time to address each of your concerns.
